Fabrizio Fortuna , born in Rome on 19 April 1973, to a father originally from the Marche and a mother from Umbria, has cultivated a great passion for art since he was young.

At just 7 years old he was painting oil paintings and at 14 he approached hyperrealist painting.

After about 8 years dedicated to hyperrealistic drawings, he discovered photography during his travels as an adult, transferring the experience gained in drawing to this new form of expression.

In his early years in photography, he focused on minimalism, adopting simple and effective post-production.

He subsequently embarked on an artistic path that embraced composition and post-production in an innovative way, applying elements typical of Japanese comics to his photographs.

His trip to Japan inspired his first series of manga-style photographs.

Later, he deepened the study of chromatics, exploring the theory of colors, the scale

chromatic and the synthesis of colors.

These concepts were central to his projects in places like Alaska, South Africa and American National Parks.

Over the past two years, his style has undergone a significant evolution.

His productions on Lake Baikal, Hong Kong, Peru and Bolivia have given birth to a new artistic vision.

He gave greater emphasis to the contrasts between light and shadow, creating compositions in which sharp light and deep shadows dominate the frame.

Fortuna shares her passion by teaching photography and post production, especially in

South America, where he is known for his work in Bolivia and Peru.

Although he defines himself as a social photography enthusiast, he experiences photography as a simple and passionate form of artistic expression.
